Returns & Exchange Policy (Domestic & International)

  • We have a 14-day returns & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and send back your return or exchange. Requests or packages that are received outside this date will not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition.
  • Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Original, undamaged packaging must be included. Returns received without packaging, or with packaging that is torn or damaged, will not be accepted.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. 
  • You will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. This includes any customs related costs for our international customers. Exceptions will be granted if AVRY JAMES LABEL is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors. 
  • AVRY JAMES LABEL will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
  • You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift card to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift card and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 

Returns Process

  • To start the return process, contact us at contact@avryjameslabel.com. 
  • After contacting us, you will receive a Returns Form, number and instructions via email.
  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at contact@avryjameslabel.com. 

Exchange Process 

  • To start the exchange process, contact us at contact@avryjameslabel.com. 
  • After contacting us, you will receive an Exchange Form, number and instructions via email. 
  • We will dispatch your exchange promptly.

Afterpay Orders

  • Orders placed with Afterpay are eligible for store credit only. As Afterpay fees are non-refundable on returned orders, we are unable to process refunds for Afterpay purchases.

Damages and Issues

  • Whilst we do our best to ensure all garments and orders that we send to our customers are in excellent condition, in the event that you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@avryjameslabel.com. 
  • We will always endeavour to repair or replace your item, however if we are unable to do so, we will provide a full refund.

Colours

  • Every piece is photographed to represent colour as accurately as possible. As we use professional lighting in our shoots, and given the natural variance between screens and devices, the colour you see may differ slightly from the garment in person.
